O quarto principal oferece um conforto e permitem que você siga o seu programa favorito de sua cama, enquanto os outros 2 quartos estão equipados com camas de solteiro.

A espaçosa cozinha está equipada com entre outros, um forno de microondas combinado, máquina de lavar louça e uma máquina de lavar roupa. Uma casa de banho com WC separado completa esta propriedade.

Roupa de cama, toalhas e limpeza profissional antes e depois da sua estadia está incluídas no aluguel.

This typical apartment that dates back to the French Revolution, with classic décor, is perfectly suited to a family or for colleagues and is very spacious. Here, you will find a very nice TV room, equipped with a plush sofa and a feather armchair.

Located on the historic Rue du Cherche Midi, in Saint- Germain, the apartment is located near the famous department store, "Le Bon Marché", in a neighborhood full of charming cafés, restaurants, boutiques and bookstores. It is very well placed with easy access to subways, buses and metros, and just a short stroll away from the tranquility of the Luxembourg Gardens, a park that covers 23 hectares, and is known for its lawns, tree-lined promenades and well-kept flowerbeds.

It has 3 separate bedrooms, comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The king bed in the master bedroom offers unparalleled comfort and allows you to watch your favorite programs from the comfort of your bed. You can also sit quietly to work in peace on the large desk.

The 2nd bedroom has trundle beds, which are perfectly suited to be used as individual beds. (Maximum 3 persons).
The 3rd bedroom offers twin beds that we can prepare as double bed (160 X 200 cm).
Finally, an extra bed is possible in the reception room on the sofa bed (single or double depending on demand).

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combination microwave-oven, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer and other electrical devices.

The dining space offers the surprise of an extendable table; ideal to organize a large table for the adults and a mini table for kids!

The bathroom consists of a bathtub, wash basin and WC. The separate WC also completes this property.

Linens, towels and professional cleaning before your stay, are all included in the rent.

This chic and bourgeois district , built on the former grounds of the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés is full of shops, restaurants and most popular schools. The store Bon Marché, Art Deco temple of good taste also offers its famous “La Grande Epicerie”. The Luxembourg Gardens is 2 steps for fans of morning jog or families in search of green space. The area is very well served by public transport.

This apartment was fantastic! The location was great. You will really feel like a local here. A short walk to a metro stop but most importantly a short walk Luxembourg Gardens! A 10 minute walk to Blvd St Germain and all the excitement that area offers. A variety of restaurants right outside your door as well as a small market that will meet all your needs during your stay.

The extra living room was such a bonus. With 4 adults and 2 children we were worried about space but never did we feel cramped. An eat in kitchen is a huge advantage as well. Lovely and very clean!!! We recommend to all our friends.

This apartment is in an excellent location for those trying to avoid tourist heavy areas of Paris. Excellent restaurants and food sources right outside your door, and very quiet in the evening. A great way to connect to the city, and feel part of a typical neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The owner and the agent were extraordinarily accommodating to me and my family when they had flight to Paris rescheduled at the very last second, and helped me make all the necessary arrangements to finish paying for the apartment and transportation from the airport a day later.
